Please review our Terms and Conditions before booking a course or activity with SummitGuides.
When we confirm your booking, a contract is formed between you and SummitGuides.
To book a course, please complete the booking form by clicking the corresponding “Book Now” button and submit all required information.
At the time of booking, full payment of the course price is required. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Upon receipt of your booking form and payment, SummitGuides will send you a written booking confirmation. Until the minimum number of participants is reached, your booking will be considered pending confirmation.
Once the minimum number of participants is reached, we will send you an email confirming the course. From that moment onward, all bookings become binding and no cancellations or refunds are possible. Until the course has been confirmed by us, the standard cancellation and refund policy outlined below will apply.
For the Mont Blanc course, a €200 deposit is required at the time of booking. Once the reservation at the mountain hut (either Gouter or Tête Rousse) is confirmed, you will be notified by email and asked to pay the remaining balance within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation.
If we are unable to secure a reservation at the hut, your €200 deposit will be fully refunded. Once the minimum number of participants is reached, the course is officially confirmed by us via e-mail and the booking becomes non-refundable.
Until that point, the general booking and cancellation conditions below apply.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and will take effect upon receipt. If the course has not yet been confirmed, you may withdraw subject to the following cancellation fees:
Once a course is confirmed (minimum participants reached), all payments become non-refundable, regardless of the timing of cancellation.
At this stage, you may proceed with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements. Please note, however, that SummitGuides is not responsible for any costs incurred by clients for flights, accommodation, or other personal expenses in the event of course cancellation. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover such risks.
