When we confirm your booking, a contract is formed between you and SummitGuides.
After selecting your desired course, you'll need to fill out the booking form by clicking the corresponding "Book Now" button. Please complete and submit this form with all the relevant information required.
After reviewing your information, we'll email you instructions for making the deposit payment. We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer. Please note that we don't accept checks.
A contract is formed once we receive your completed booking form, the required payment, and send you a booking confirmation. This payment is either a 30% deposit of the total price or full payment if the course starts within 120 days. Please note that your booking isn't confirmed until you receive this written confirmation from us.
The remaining balance must be paid 120 days before the course starts. If payment isn't received by this deadline - unless a delayed payment has been arranged—SummitGuides reserves the right to cancel your booking and apply the appropriate cancellation fees listed below.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and will take effect upon receipt. The following cancellation fees apply:
Each deposit, regardless of amount, includes a non-refundable registration fee (covering our initial booking costs, which the hut won't refund in case of cancellation) for the following courses:
SummitGuides reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient group numbers. In such cases, we'll notify you 30 days in advance and offer the following options:
SummitGuides and our team of mountain guides reserve the right to modify the itinerary, route, or activity if continuing with the original plan poses risks due to weather, conditions, or participant ability. This policy applies to all courses and activities.
Courses and training days will run regardless of weather conditions. If the guide deems that adjustments to the venue are necessary due to participant ability or safety concerns, these changes will be discussed and agreed upon with the group. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
SummitGuides cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by strikes, illness, government intervention, weather conditions, or the closure of lifts or huts.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance coverage for all activities you participate in. SummitGuides recommends obtaining cancellation and travel insurance to protect against last-minute changes or injuries.
Your insurance should cover helicopter rescue, repatriation, and medical costs in case of an accident.
Additionally, we have partnered with WetterHeld GmbH and with Global Rescue to offer insurance coverages. Please note that SummitGuides bears no responsibility for this insurance partnership or any related claims. For more information about this optional coverage, please contact our office.

If you experience any issues during your course, please inform a SummitGuides team member or your guide immediately. This allows us to address the matter promptly and effectively.
Any contract established with SummitGuides will be governed by Italian law.
